The Lancers traveled to North Dakota on Wednesday to square off with the #11 team in NAIA. Jamestown won 104-68. Jamestown is now 18-3 overall and 10-3 in GPAC play. Mount Marty is now 8-15 overall and 4-11 in GPAC play.Â

Mount Marty had 40 points in the paint, 4 second chance points, 14 points off turnovers, 5 steals, 24 bench points, 9 assists, and 24 rebounds as a team. Mount Marty was 27-58 from the field shooting 46.6%. The Lancers were 4-16 from the 3 point line shooting 25%. At the free throw line the Lancers were also 10-12 shooting 83.3%.
Tash Lunday and
Cole Bowen each scored 15 points to lead the Lancers in scoring. Bowen added a team high 8 rebounds on the night.
Kade Stearns and
Tristan Furgeson each had 8 points.
Lincoln Jordre and
Hunter Kotrous each had 6 points for the Lancer big men.
Noah Allen had 4 points,
Matthew Becker added 3 points, Thalen Schroeder added 2 points, and Gabe Kranzler had 1 point to round out the scoring for Mount Marty.Â
Up NextÂ
Mount Marty is finished with games in January and will be on the road the first game of February. The Lancers will travel to Sioux City on February 1st and play Briar Cliff tipping off at 7:45 PM. The Lancers will return home on February 4th when the host Hastings College tipping off at 3:45 PM.Â
