In a tightly contested matchup, Doane rallied in the second half to edge Mount Marty, 70-68. Doane improves to 6-3 (1-2 in conference). Mount Marty fell to 6-4 (3-2 in conference) despite a solid all-around game from Brandon Garcia and Tash Lunday.


First Half

Mount Marty controlled the pace early, leading 32-27 at halftime. Efficient shooting (64% from the field) and strong rebounding from Tash Lunday (6 points, 7 rebounds) helped them stay ahead. Brandon Garcia provided a scoring spark off the bench with 9 points in the half, while Doane relied heavily on McDonald, who hit three three-pointers for 9 points in the period.


Second Half

Doane surged in the second half, outscoring Mount Marty 43-36. McDonald remained unstoppable from deep, finishing the game with 7-of-9 three-pointers and a game-high 24 points.
