In a hard fought game, the Bethel University (IN) Pilots secured a 3-2 victory against the Mount Marty University Lancers in 8 innings.

The Bethel Pilots took an early lead in the first inning, grabbing a 1-0 advantage. The Mount Marty Lancers, however, responded in the fourth inning, leveling the score at 1-1. The game unfolded with strategic plays and defensive dominance on both sides. The Lancers managed to take a brief lead in the sixth inning, putting the score at 2-1. As the intensity heightened, the Pilots mounted a comeback in the eighth inning. With a well-executed offensive effort, they scored two runs, securing a 3-2 lead and winning the game in extra innings.
