Mount Marty Women's Basketball Falls to #1 Dordt in GPAC Opener

The Mount Marty University (MMU) women's basketball team suffered its first defeat of the season, falling to the #1 ranked Dordt University Defenders, 80-56, in the GPAC opener on Saturday, November 15, 2025. The loss drops the Lancers' record to 4-1 overall and 0-1 in conference play.

Dordt's highly efficient shooting, especially from three-point range, proved too much for the Lancers to handle against the top team in the nation.

Dordt established an early lead and steadily pulled away, particularly in the second and third quarters, where they outscored the Lancers 51-23.
