The historic run for the Mount Marty University (MMU) men's soccer team came to an end in the GPAC Tournament Semifinals, as the Lancers were defeated by the Morningside University Mustangs, 4-0, on Friday, November 7, 2025. The loss finalizes Mount Marty's season record at 4-7-4.

Despite the defeat, the Lancers' appearance in the Semifinals was a major first for the program, following their upset victory in the Quarterfinals.
