The Mount Marty University women's golf team secured a 5th-place finish out of 13 teams at the Doane Invitational. The Lancers demonstrated significant improvement during the final round at Pioneers Golf Course, led by two players who earned medalist honors for their top-ten finishes.

Mount Marty Player Performance:

• Trinity Palmquist earned an 8th-place medal with a total score of 167. She surged in the second round, firing a 76—a collegiate personal best—following an opening-round 91.

• Abigail Greenhoff also medaled, finishing in 9th place. She provided consistent scoring for the Lancers with rounds of 87 and 81 for a total of 168.

• Kamri Kittelson finished in a tie for 17th place with a two-day total of 172. She remained remarkably steady throughout the event, carding identical rounds of 86 and 86.

• Gracie Brockberg, competing as an individual, tied for 32nd place with a total of 184. After an opening 102, she improved by 20 strokes to shoot an 82 in the final round.

• Jada Buse tied for 41st place with a total score of 190. She followed an opening 100 with a 90 on the second day.

• Jaden Kortan finished in a tie for 45th with a total of 195. Her tournament included rounds of 99 and 96.

• Jordyn Cunningham competed as an individual and tied for 51st place. She posted a total of 201 with rounds of 105 and 96.

The team's strong showing was anchored by Palmquist's career-best final round, helping the Lancers maintain their competitive standing in the 13-team field
