While the scoreboard didn't favor the Lancers in the GPAC Tournament, the team left everything on the diamond, pushing the conference's top two seeds to the absolute brink in a pair of defensive masterpieces.
Game 1: #2 Concordia 4, Mount Marty 1
In the tournament opener, the Lancers went toe-to-toe with the high-powered Bulldogs. While Concordia utilized a few timely hits to build an early lead, the Mount Marty pitching staff and defense kept the game within reach until the final out.
