Diego Sanchez is in his first year as a Graduate Assistant for the Men’s Soccer program. Sanchez was previously a soccer player for the Men’s team since 2020.
As a player at Mount Marty, Sanchez was a starter each year he played and apart of the record breaking team in 2022 that went 7-7-3. Sanchez was a team captain for 3 years and made playoffs in 2021 & 2022. He was a GPAC honorable mention in 2021 & 2022.
Before joining Mount Marty, Sanchez played at College of the Siskiyous (CA) for one year before he transferred.
Diego is from Veracruz, Mexico. He graduated from Mount Marty University with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration in May 2023. Sanchez is currently working on obtaining his master’s degree in Education in Coaching and Leadership through Mount Marty University.
