Mount Marty University

Todd Rodig enters his second season as Head Women’s Golf Coach at Mount Marty University, bringing with him a strong background in tournament organization, program development, and a passion for growing the game of golf.

Rodig joined the Lancer athletic staff in 2024, earning praise from Athletic Director Andy Bernatow, who noted, “His extensive experience in tournament organization and his dedication to the sport of golf will be invaluable to our athletes.” In his first year, Rodig laid a strong foundation for the women’s program, focusing on technical development, mental discipline, and instilling a lifelong love for the game.

For over five years, Rodig has served as the lead organizer of a major local golf tournament, consistently drawing between 80 and 110 participants. He handled every aspect of the event, including sponsorship acquisition, player flighting, prize management, and final awards—earning a reputation for excellence and attention to detail.

Additionally, Rodig has been a key member of the Fox Run Pro Am Committee for six years, where he helped shape tournament structure, resolve rule infractions, and lead creative sponsorship and fundraising initiatives.

Rodig’s deep understanding of golf operations, combined with his commitment to player development, makes him an invaluable asset to Mount Marty’s golf program. “I’m looking forward to working with these athletes and helping them grow their passion for a game that can be enjoyed long after their collegiate careers,” he said.

As he enters his second season, Coach Rodig is focused on building a culture of consistency, confidence, and growth for the Lancer women’s golf team.
