Mount Marty University closed their California campaign on a high note, securing a solid victory against Pacific Union (CA) with a final score of 73-52 on December 20, 2023. The Lancers showcased a strong team effort, demonstrating prowess on both ends of the court. Mount Marty is now 5-8 on the season. 

The game began with a competitive first quarter, with Mount Marty holding a slight lead of 11-8. As the game progressed, Mount Marty intensified their efforts, leading by 30-20 at halftime, establishing a significant advantage.

Maria Parsley emerged as a standout player for Mount Marty, delivering an outstanding performance with 23 points and a commanding presence on the boards, grabbing 12 rebounds. Additionally, Kaela Martinez contributed 6 points while displaying strong playmaking abilities with 5 assists.
