The Mount Marty University (MMU) women's basketball team pulled off a massive road victory, defeating the Morningside University Mustangs 86-83 in overtime on Saturday, November 22, 2025.

The thrilling win improves the Lancers' record to 6-1 overall and 2-1 in GPAC play, handing the Mustangs their second GPAC loss.

The game was a nail-biter, featuring 17 lead changes and 15 ties. The Lancers leaned on clutch free-throw shooting and high-efficiency offense to prevail in overtime.
