The Mount Marty Lancers traveled to Orange City, Iowa, for a high-stakes GPAC doubleheader against Northwestern College. In a tale of two very different games, the Lancers utilized a historic offensive explosion to take the opener before falling just short in a late-inning comeback attempt in the finale.
Game 1: Mount Marty 15, Northwestern 9
The Lancer offense put on a clinic, scoring 10 runs in a single inning to overwhelm the Red Raiders.

The Rally: Trailing 5-1 in the 7th, Jalen Owens ignited the dugout with an RBI single. The Lancers took advantage of wild pitches and a sacrifice fly from Mlnarik to cut the deficit to 5-4.
