LANCERS BATTLE TO SECOND STRAIGHT ROAD DRAW WITH 1–1 TIE AT HESSTON COLLEGE
HESSTON, KAN. — The Mount Marty University women's soccer team closed out their Kansas weekend road swing on Sunday afternoon with a hard-fought 1–1 draw against Hesston College.
Despite controlling tempo and firing 32 shots on goal, the Lancers (2–0–3) were forced to chase standard terms after falling behind early in the second half. Midfielder Luz Rojas-Martinez provided the crucial equalizer in the 79th minute, preserving Mount Marty's unbeaten record on the season.

In a Friday night duel at Stryker Sports Complex in Hillsboro, Kansas, Mount Marty dominated possession and outshot the Bluejays 11–2, including 7 shots on frame. Midfielder Rhyli Grim spearheaded the attack with 4 shots (2 on target), while goalkeeper Miranda Hood stopped both shots she faced to record her third clean sheet of the season.
