When I had the opportunity to serve a meal for people in the community at a local church with some of my teammates. I had the chance to have some awesome conversations with members of the community and serve/ share a meal with them. This opportunity to serve allowed me to take a step back and realize how important the little things are. Something as small as having a conversation or being a listening ear to someone in need can truly make a difference in their life. It reminded me that God calls me to obedience in the small things such as sharing a conversation to someone who needs a listening ear when serving a meal just as he calls me to obedience in the big things.
