Lancers Shine with Strong Individual and Relay Performances at GPAC Championships
The Mount Marty University track and field teams delivered standout performances at the GPAC Outdoor Championships, with numerous athletes earning team points, national qualifying marks, and personal bests over the two-day meet.
Top Individual Highlights:

Luke Rettedal led the way with a GPAC championship in the men's shot put, throwing 16.40m (53-9.75) — an NAIA provisional qualifying mark that earned the team 10 points.

Mya Zohner (2nd) and Paige Clausen (3rd) vaulted to the podium in the women's pole vault, with Zohner clearing 3.65m to hit the NAIA provisional mark.

Zelie Sorensen had a busy and successful meet, finishing 4th in the 100m (12.13) and 5th in the 200m (25.04), totaling 9 team points and moving up to NAIA #40 in the 100m.

Zavio Prato delivered a breakout run in the men's 400m, placing 3rd in 48.02, good for 6 points and NAIA #39.
