BROOKINGS, S.D. – The Mount Marty Track and Field teams traveled to Brookings, S.D. to compete in the SDSU DII Open. The Lancers had a total of 30 events place in the Top 8, with three taking first place.

SDSU DII OPEN MEET RESULTS 

Men's Track & Field

The Men's Track and Field team had 13 events place in the Top 8 at this open, with one event taking first. Marcus Jnofinn won the 60m dash with a time of 6.82. Jnofinn is currently ranked fifth in the nation for this event after his performance at the Concordia Early Bird Meet.

Women's Track & Field
The Women's Track and Field team had 17 Top 8 placements in the SDSU DII Open, with two events taking first. Maddison Doren won the long jump with a jump of 5.02-meters. The 4x400 relay team also took first at this meet with a time of 4:05.50. The runners in this relay were Cali Davis, Tianna Bumbaca-Kuehl, Ashinee George, and Elianna Clark.
