NEBRASKA -- The Mount Marty Track & Field teams competed down in Nebraska over the weekend. Part of the team traveled on Friday to compete in the Concordia Classic, while other athletes compete at the Frank Sevigne Husker Invitational. Both meets consisted of DI, DII, NAIA, and NJCAA teams.
Concordia Classic
Between the Men's and Women's team, 10 events finished in the Top 8 on Friday. There were many personal bests and athletes moving into the Lancer Top 15 at the conclusion on the meet.
Andrea Sucha placed fourth in the high jump with a distance of 1.54-meters.
Cristobal Gonzalez ran the 5000-meter run in 15:57.66 to claim fifth place.

There were 11 events that placed in the Top 20 between both the Men's and Women's team. The Women's 4x400 placed eighth and team broke the school record with a time of 3:59.49. This NAIA qualifiying relay was ran by

Calli Davis. The Men's 4x400 team ran a 3:17.67 to place eighth.
