The Lancer track and field teams competed at the Concordia Classic at Walz Fieldhouse in Seward, NE on January 24-25. At the meet which featured 14 other teams, the Lancers broke one school record and claimed two event titles.

Senior Logan Ferrari broke his own school record in the 3,000 and claimed the event title with a time of 8:38.33. Sophomore Mya Zohner claimed the other event title by winning the pole vault with a vault of 11' 7.75".

The Lancers had many additional top-eight finishes. They will compete next at the SDSU D2/NAIA Open at the Sanford-Jackrabbit Athletic Complex in Brookings, SD on January 31-February 1.
