She completed her career (1998-2002) as one of the all-time greats to play basketball for the Lancers. The four-year starter for the Lancers was the only player in history to score over 1000 points, grab over 500 rebounds and dish out over 500 assists. She also ranks 3rd all-time in steals with 273, and is listed in the top 10 career charts in 8 of the remaining 15 categories.

Pesicka was on the All-Conference teams all four years, and was named the SDIC Conference “Newcomer of the Year” and “Defensive Player of the Year”. She was also selected the GPAC Conference winner of the Emil S. Liston award, presented to the conference’s outstanding basketball player who has shown athletic and scholastic achievement.
